I couldn’t be more pleased with Mala and her team. My husband I hired Mala a few months before our wedding to run the day-of coordination. She quickly understood our visualization for the day, prompted us with questions to help us consider what we had missed, and struck a great balance of listening to what we wanted  with providing guidance to redirect us based on her wealth of experience. In the months leading up to the event, Mala worked with us on our day-of timeline and helped us when we needed last minute vendor connections (eg makeup artists, table card printers, etc). Her recommended vendors were consistently of good caliber and she was always highly responsive.  On the day of the wedding itself, Mala somehow managed to get our ceremony and reception – which started almost an hour late, after the Groom’s friends and family’s buses got stuck in unanticipated  traffic – back on track. To this date I’m not even sure I know everything that went wrong/ may have gone wrong, given how seamlessly Mala and her team oversaw the coordination. Mala interacted professionally with our vendors and took great care with our family members. I’ll be recommending Mala and team to my friends from now on!
